Functional difference vs v2.1.0: route compilation now rejects conflicting parameter names at the same trie position (for :param, :optional, and :wildcard) by throwing an informative ExceptionInfo instead of silently allowing ambiguous definitions.

Also refreshes BENCHMARKS.md into a single cross-runtime comparison table with current v2.1.1 numbers.
